WPK involves numerous logistical challenges: the planning of customer orders, the capacity utilization of the cultivation areas, the movement of goods within the company, the use of fixed and flexible staff and the external transport. The logistic process of WPK therefore is of great importance. Three times a year the company is converted for the cultivation of hot plants, then the tray plants and finally the flowering potted plants.
WPK has three trucks for external transport. These will be complemented as necessary with trucks of logistics partners.
